Governance and Decentralization

Kora AI will progressively decentralize governance through the KRAI token. The community DAO will propose and vote on roadmap updates, treasury expenditures, partnerships, and product changes. A portion of platform revenue will be directed toward DAO-managed operations, enabling sustainable ecosystem evolution and transparency.

Governance initiatives will be phased, starting with snapshot voting and evolving into a fully autonomous smart contract DAO.
